Credit Card

You can use your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB, as well as any derivative of these brands to place your order online. Online ordering with credit card is secure, and is the fastest way you can receive your book(s). Your order will be processed in U.S. funds, or, to save currency exchange commission charges, you can specify a currency of your choice when checking out. Cheque

You can pay with U.S. or Canadian cheque. Generally, it takes a maximum of 30 days to clear a U.S. cheque and 5 days to clear a Canadian cheque. Once your cheque has been cleared, your book(s) will be shipped to you. To ensure successful processing, please print clearly on your cheque, sign and date it.

Money Order

You can pay with a money order in U.S. or Canadian currency. This method is recommended if you reside outside of U.S. and Canada , and do not wish to use credit card.
