We are a dynamic and independent book publisher, located in Ottawa, Canada.

Our staff are book lovers. We have the expertise as a traditional publisher to produce high
quality books, and the passion and dedication of self-published authors to promote our titles.
We produce non-fiction titles in English and promote them enthusiastically within
their targeted markets. Our main focus is works on subject matters that would interest Jewish readers.
Our products include printed books (pBooks) as well as electronic books (eBooks),
and they are available from many online
outlets as well as brick-and-mortar stores.
In addition to conventional methods, we take advantage
of new digital printing technologies and the tremendous power
of the Internet to produce and distribute our products.
What’s in a Name?
We are called Paper Spider because our products include printed
books (hence paper), and our business lives on the Web.
Giving to the Community
Free Books for School Libraries
We collect financial contributions from anyone who would like to
send FREE books to school libraries. Paper Spider doesn't make any profit from this.
All money collected will be used towards
the production and shipping of books to school libraries
in Canada, U.S. and worldwide.
For contributions over US$500,
a custom dedication page can be added to the first page of each
book with your name and your dedication. Great for any
memorable or joyous occasion, such as wedding, anniversary, birthday,
and Bar/Bat Mitzvah.
We ship books as soon as we have collected sufficient funds and
identified school libraries that would appreciate
receiving them. Tell us if you have any suggestions
of school libraries to send books to, or better yet, ask the school to contact us.
In the event that no school library can be identified within 24 months,
the books will be donated to public libraries, or other non-profit organizations.
Special Donation Program We give 25% of the retail price to support designated
charitable organizations if your order is
placed online with a special reference code.
Check with your favorite charitable organizations whether they are part of Paper Spider's Special
Donation Program and obtain a reference code. Discounted items are not eligible.
Continuous Giving We give 10% of our net profit (in addition to the
Special Donation Program above) to support worthy humanitarian causes.
